MY MISSION
“I believe in an evidence-informed, integrative approach to medicine. I have learned that the best plan for the patient is achievable and can include elements from both naturopathic and conventional medicine if needed. My goal is to encourage you to prioritize your wellness and to treat the you as an interconnected whole, using the fundamental modalities of naturopathic medicine. I believe that successful management of your concerns will require a multifaceted approach to improve the quality of your life, and to allow you to be the best version of yourself."

MY PASSIONS
Conditions I am passionate about treating include weight loss, integrative cancer care, digestion, women’s health, mental health and musculoskeletal concerns. However, I am committed to exploring any health concerns you may have using the best possible research available. Outside of the clinic, I lead an active life in which I enjoy all things fitness, outdoors and social! I will never turn down a workout, hike, or dinner with friends and family. I strive to maintain a balanced lifestyle, and to help you do the same.

FUN FACTS
I used to compete in bodybuilding. Not anymore, but the love of lifting weights and using nutrition to drive body composition changes has stayed with me.
I am a dog lover and have a dachshund named Odie. If asked, I will bombard you with photos.
